Earthquake aid
SOLIDARITY COURIERS
The "Corrieri della Solidarietà" initiative was created with the aim of supporting companies affected by the earthquake in Emilia Romagna (2012) through the purchase of Parmigiano Reggiano.
In collaboration with the G.S. of the Fire Brigade of Rome, solidarity trips are made to Emilia Romagna for the purchase of over 1,200 kg of Parmigiano Reggiano.
The load, transported to Rome, was
subsequently distributed among various purchasing groups adhering to the initiative, for a total of 5,801 kg of Parmigiano Reggiano and over 57,000 Euros of funds paid to the S. Giovanni in Persiceto Dairy (BO)
SAN SEVERINO MARCHE
The SMAILERS association enthusiastically participated in the solidarity collection organized by Mr. SGRO' Roberto, which was joined by the Roma 65 Scout Group, the employees of the Monopoli General Management (ADM), the Remake Cinecittà Est group, the Accenture company, the Swiss College Fencing School and the Abbafati family.
Together with a delegation of donors, our association bus transported Christmas parcels and other food and basic necessities, delivered directly to the Mayor of San Severino Marche, Rosa PIERMATTEI, to donate them to the families of Settempedano affected by the earthquake in the Campagnano village, in the San Michele district.
SOLIDARITY PURCHASES
Lazio - Umbria - Marche
With the 2017 edition of the Smailers Lottery, we decided to give our small contribution by supporting some companies in Lazio, Umbria and Marche affected by the 2016 earthquake, through the purchase of typical local products that have been packed in gift boxes and intended for lottery prizes.
