Dominick, 105 years old (next april 2026)
An American WWII Veteran born in Italy
One dream: to return home and play for the american Pope
Dominick was born in Italy and emigrated to the United States at the age of 8
He is an American WWII Veteran
Music has been his lifelong companion.
Recently, at the age of 104, Dominick played the American national anthem on his saxophone
during a major NHL event, in front of a packed stadium.
for his 105th birthday (april 2026) he has a simple dream: to return to Italy, meet the american Pope, and play music for him, for world Peace
At Smailers, we are working to make this dream possible.
Because some stories deserve to come full circle.
Making this journey possible requires real resources:
travel arrangements, medical assistance, logistics, and personal support
Every contribution, no matter the size,
becomes a concrete step toward fulfilling Dominick’s dream.
